My Thoughts:

Before I get into the details, I wanna say Cedarwood Lodge has been such a fun, warm and all loved up series I’ve read this year. It’s definitely a pick me up for those little 😦 moments which creep up unannounced. So let’s talk about Midnight & Mistletoe at Cedarwood Lodge.

In part 2 we saw Clio well on her way to making a success of Cedarwood Lodge with the various events she’s booked. She also made some headway with sorting out the relationships in her life and hoping for a romance in the near future.

In part 3, the finale, we see Clio readying Cedarwood Lodge for Christmas and transforming it into a winter wonderland. She knows what she wants and is no longer bidding her time silently waiting for her mother to open up. She goes for it and is hopeful of resolving conflicts with her mum once and for all. She also knows what her heart wants (the hot Midnight Yogi surfer that is 😉  The finale is truly a magical coming together of all things for our lovely Clio Winters. After making sure her friends and her beloved Lodge is all loved up and surrounded by happiness, festive warmth and good things in the future, she gets to sorting herself.

Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge is relaxed, delicious and snowy good. It is how festive times should be, full of yummy food, friends, family and silly games with plenty of music around. I love how thoughtful and sensitive to others Clio is. She is caring, thoughtful, methodical, smart and not selfish in a way she needs her surroundings and people around her happy and loved.

If you have read the first 2 parts you will be happy for Clio and the other characters, enjoy Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge and experience the warmth during the holidays. So grab a hot chocolate or some mulled wine, download the Cedarwood Lodge series and enjoy Clio’s adventures.
